The final issue of volurne XLIV "Auxiliaгy Historical Disciplines" consists of four sections. The first one devoted to little-kпown rnaterials frorn the funds of the Scientific and Historical Archive of the St. Petersburg Institute of Histoгy of the Russian Acaderny of Sciences - the histoгy of rnilitaгy quartering in St. Peteгsburg of Peter I's tirne, and an unpuЫished collection of docurneпts on the history of Russian-Abkhazian relations iп the XIXth century. The second section cornbines two articles devoted to photography as а historical source, relyiпg on rnaterials frorn the funds of the collection ofN.P. Likhachev. The third part is devoted to sources on Western European histoгy of the early Modeгn tirnes: review of the epistolaгy heritage of the Holy Rornan Ernperor Frederick III ( 1415-1493), а rnanuscript collection of the XVI'h century with the privileges of the Polish kings of the XVth-XVI'h centuries frorn the funds of the State PuЬlic Historical Library, review and partial puЫication of letters frorn representatives of the Italian Farnese farnily in the XVIth centuгy, also frorn the collection of N.P. Likhachev, the history of the creation and puЫication of the natural scieпce treatise 1680 "Experirnental Physiology" of Kircher, frorn the funds of the Sakhalin Regional Universal Scientific Libraгy The last, fourth, section of the issue is devoted to the histoгy of soviet historical science iп the 1920'-1940' and is а contribution to the celebration of the 80th anпiversary of Victoгy in the Great Patriotic War.
